Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for processing payments that are received in accordance with company guidelines. This position also performs activities that aid in collection efforts. • Monitor customers for past due invoices. • Process Credits and daily payments • Prepare weekly cash projections. • Work with Customer Service to resolve any invoice of short pay issues. • Generate monthly credit reports, monthly aging reports and weekly reports to Senior Management. • Monitor CPG web order payments and offsets. • Assist with Doubtful Accounts. • Review ineligible report for all business units. • Set up new accounts as needed. • Assist with the other A/R business units when needed. • Maintain appropriate internal control safeguards over financial reporting as required • Performs other assignments as directed.
Experience Required:
Job Qualifications Education: High School Graduate/General Education Degree (GED) or Associate's Degree.: Required Experience: 3-5 years of related experience. Computer Skills: Experience with MS Office (ie. Excel, Word) and Accounting software.
