      Both Scot, the sales manager and Derek provided outstanding customer service, understood what I was looking for and presented pricing alternatives that fit my budget nicely. The car was ready as planned and the time filing out the paperwork was minimal, since everything was prepared in advance. Derek took all the time I needed to go over the technology in the car and explained the functions and how to access the various features very clearly.

      1st thing nobody ever called my insurance company upon transfer of vehicle. I just happened to call 2 days later & no one contacted insurance co. Driving with no insurance. 2nd - I mailed and signed my trade in title asked to at least text me with conformation they received it - nothing a week later.

      I want to extend our most sincere gratitude to Jonathan Combs in the service department. My wife and I found ourselves in a "situation" where we needed to have our 2020 CX60 towed to Ken Pollock. Upon inspection of our issue, we were told we had contaminated gas and the repairs were not covered by warranty furthermore the cost exceeded $2 thousand dollars. Jonathan mentioned that he had experience where we might be be covered by insurance. We found out that was indeed true. Not only did Jonathan recommend using insurance comprehensive coverage which we pay for, but he worked with the insurance company to ensure they had what they needed to process our claim.
      But..... it didn't stop there. We were told that there were no loaner cars available for us to use. Jonathan once again came through and found a loaner for us to use during this one week repair period. But.... It didn't stop there. Jonathan insisted on keeping our car over the weekend to further ensure the repairs were done correctly and that we would not experience an issue when we got our car back. But..,. It didn't stop there. Jonathan made certain that we left with a full tank of gas.
      All I can say is that my wife and I are thankful to Ken Pollack for hiring an true "Customer Service Representative" like Jonathan Combs.
      Jonathan, you truly excel at your job and we were fortunate enough to have had the pleasure of working with you. Thank you..!!

      I received outstanding service at Ken Pollock Volvo. Drew was prompt and professional. He was concerned about my Volvo service issue and helped me. The service department tech knew what he was doing. And their rates are reasonable for the service provided. I highly recommend them.

      After my car was totaled in an accident, I wanted a Volvo because they have a 5 star crash rating.I searched the web for styles and prices. I noticed the Ken Pollock dealership had lower posted prices and a nice selection of Certified and pre- owned cars. The Wright online sales rep set me up with Cory, who was very helpful. It was a friendly, no pressure sales experience. Very organized. I live my Volvo.

      Normally buying a car makes me cringe. Car salesmen are normally too pushy or too lazy to be bothered. If you get a salesman to take care of you and not make you walk out, it feels like he's making secret deals with a sales manager behind closed doors, figuring out how to make this deal more uncomfortable.

      Fortunately, that's not the case here. Dave Chappell, my salesman, was more than willing to go through the Volvo models (we never had a Volvo before). He showed us different trim levels. We went on a real test ride. We got a great deal on the car. The finance manager was awesome. He played with our son and didn't get all pushy when we declined extra warranties.

      Honestly, the best new car buying experience I've had in my life. Thanks guys.

      Updated: as we're just over 18 months into owning the car, we're mostly dealing with service at this point in our relationship with Pollock. This is usually when most dealers make you cringe and want to go somewhere. Not these guys. My wife takes the car for service. Generally speaking, I think mechanics try to take advantage of her. That hasn't been the case here. The service advisors have been personable. The car comes back looking beautiful (as they always wash it) and running tip-top.

      We only had one issue, they were quick to order parts and had it done on time as promised. I thought their time frame was a bit ambitious as well. But they got it done.

      Bravo guys, bravo.

      Update#2: Tonight we traded in our beloved S60. We thought we'd check out the competition. Fortunately, Dave and the fine folks at Pollock Volvo were there to get us behind the wheel of our new S60. Thanks again guys.

      Very easy to do business with this dealer. Very transparent on all costs, and fair price my trade. Had BMW for 11 years. If you can get beyond the label, the Volvo XC60 T6 is a great alternative to BMW X3. Very comperable in driving characteristics, with a better buying experience and lower service costs. Plus everyone is driving an X3.
