Roll Call

Their website is very deceiving. They advertise a wide array of availability of various arms, but when you drive 2 hrs to buy you find their inventory is a fraction of what they portray. Good selection of accessories, but if you're looking for a gun they say is "in stock"; think again.
I would say to call 1st, but credibility is an issue now, so beware.

Bought a pistol, they gave me the wrong ammo, next day I went back, they told their policy was no returns on ammo. So I asked them if their policy was also selling the wrong ammo for the the pistol. Keep in mind, I bought them together, at the same time.never again

The manager here is on a power trip. She's beyond rude. Never shopping at roll call again. Not worth another penny in gas to get there. Don't recommend in the least. I've been to gun shops all over the country and this is the worst one by far. Didn't even want to leave a review- was there about a week ago- but wanted to warn some people not to waste their time.

if I could give zero stars I would.. first no one at the esk had to wait, next watched a video that said there would be guidance in the range ... it was my first time shooting so I kept looking all around no one entered except some power tripping ego manager that Tom a weird angle pic of me holding an unloaded gun telling my partner basically I was going to tkilk him and he didn't know if I hated my partner or what...

my gun was unloaded and I was never in a position to harm anyone at anytime he was taking weird pics with his camera to intimidate me instead of doing his job like the video said and come in to the range and provide the guidance that is supposed to be there from an employee when the range is in use especially first time shooters than he wants to make up some story of me when he is to lazy to do his job
correctly and wld just rather have a ego trip?

Not to mention we didn't know how to clean up or what to clean up, I kept picking up everyone's shell casings because there was no direction given..

I needed a new loader for my Glock and this napoleon complex guy comes over with a pink one saying it's the only one he has but I'm a girl so it's ok it's pink.. sexist on top of it all.. will never ever give a dime to this place again .. highly unprofessional and terrible customer service...

Great place to shoot. Jason was awesome! (Hope they get the new Walther PDP to shoot soon). I brought my son in my woman, we had a really great time. clean and neat, I would recommend it to anyone.

Cool place. It's worth it to come by just to see all of the awesome displays in the front of the store. They have a ton of demilitarized ordinance and other weapons. They have almost everything you can ask for at a gun store, including blue-label items. Guns and ammo are expensive so don't expect it to be cheap. The workers were nice and knowledgeable in my experience, very happy to answer all of my questions, and let me see as many guns as I liked.

Just purchased two firearms a day ago and went back in again tonight to buy two more. My girlfriend and I love going in to see Lisa. She's always extremely happy to see us and makes us feel like family. I called a hour before the store was closing to see if she would look up a price for us and she not only got the price but pulled the firearm from the case to hold it for me. We ended up looking at another firearm while we were there and worked out fantastic prices for us. She knows both of us by name even when we call into the store. The employees at roll call are the reason we will continue to purchase our firearms from them and range time.

Love this place. Helpful staff. Safety is #1. Great selection at fair prices. Usually not too crowded during the week so makes for a lot of fun.

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable able to answer all my questions. They offer safety classes and a shooting range which I will be attending.

This is the best law enforcement and firearms store I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Not only are their prices competitive but their service and sheer industry knowledge combined with the level of polite professionalism is absolutely outstanding.

It's a family owned business and it shines through because I come away with the impression on every single visit that they sincerely care about their customers and go the extra mile every time to make sure they are taken care of.

My wife and I just moved to PA in the spring of this year. This group of folks and even the clientèle that frequent the place are some of the best folks we have met to date. The range is well worth what they charge and is kept clean and warm even on the coldest days.

Having been in law enforcement and now corporate security for over 22 years - there is a certain element of folks attracted to firearms that I would rather associate with and a certain element I would not. This is not the walmart gun center full of rednecks and neck-beards. These are true professionals whose commitment to safety and education is readily apparent.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Roll Call. It's our date night spot of choice now.
