Friendly, professional, on-time, good price, gave me military discount. Price was much cheaper than 2 other businesses quoted me.

Internal members of this company do not talk to one another. Therefore, they showed up to move today with a dump truck instead of a moving truck. The owner refused to correct the situation and told us to move on! He also claimed they videoed the owners of the residence being rude to them. This did not happen at all!!!! There were several people there who witnessed the event. In fact the drivers themselves were trying to problem solve the situation. They even offered to go get tarps to wrap stuff in to put in the dump truck. However, this is not feasible or hygienic especially when moving a mattress.
***So beware, this company does not stand behind their service!!!! Instead they make you feel threatened by stating that they are videotaping taping you. That is an awful thing to do!!!!

I had a washer that needed to be removed. These guys were awesome and RELIABLE. It is very difficult to find a reliable and responsive hauling company here in Scranton unfortunately. These guys came out within 24 hours on time and did a clean-quick haul away with a coupon. Couldn't be happier. Again-RELIABLE and RESPONSIVE!!!

I can not say enough positive things about junken monkeys. I called on Friday, and scheduled an appointment for ASAP They called me Saturday, said they had some time, and we're here 20 minutes later. I had a TON of stuff to go, and they moved it quickly and efficiently, in record time! All while being unbelievably kind. The owner is a literal dream to work with. If i could give 100 stars i would. Thankyou a million times! I will be calling back for future services !!

A few calls made, estimate given, price was more than fair, work scheduled, 1 week later- all done. They did everything they said they would, were fast, and easy to work with. I'll use them again and recommend to everyone. Hard-working, local guys.

These guys were incredible! Scheduling was easy and they kept me informed of their ETA via text. They were so personable and enthusiastic about everything that I had for them to take-- even the stuff I added last minute. They worked well as a team and took care not to damage floors or walls while carrying things out to the truck. All of that and the rate was cheaper than I expected. I'd use them again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone.
