Equestrian House

We rented a suite on AIRBNB and it was as listed. It was one room, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The issue I had was although it said there would be a pet fee, the amount was not listed nor was it added on to my total when I booked the unit. Then a couple of days later I get an email saying it would be $149 extra for the pet. This was one room and the nightly fee was $147 and I usually pay around $50 on AIRBNB to bring a pet so charging an additional $149 was outrageous to me. I tried to cancel the reservation, they said it was too late to get my money back. I ended up making other arrangements for my dog but I would never rent from them again based on this experience.

Very clean and comfortable cottage. The management is very helpful and responsible. We have a great time over there. Definitely we were coming next year.

og cabin. It was a family vacation and it was amazing. This place is perfect for family reunions or if you want a romantic getaway to unplug. The wifi was incredibly fast so we were able to have movie nights and stream all of our channels and movies nightly. And, at the chagrin of my wife, I was able to squeeze some business in. Even being able to wifi assist a conference call. Lake Wallenpaupack is a short drive away and that was perfect to up the adrenaline with a boat and tube rental. You can grill outside or inside on the griddle.The management is very attentive and helpful. If you simply heed the welcome email you could pack all that you may need. But if you forget anything super walmart is a short drive away. Its a mountainous area so its a bit cooler than the rest of the world (we ran the AC once) and the weather may say rain and you could find yourself awash in sunshine. Both are great for enjoying the outdoors. There are bugs but no where near as what you would expect in the deep woods. If you do hike the trails tho bring bug spray. Around the pond or fire pit however its surprisingly bug free. Definitely bring fishing gear or buy a cheap set at walmart. My daughter caught her first fish here!! It's catch and release so have barbless hooks or bend the barb in with a multi tool ( I bought one at walmart for $8). LOVE this place and can't wait to book again!!!

Great house! Super comfortable, great space, nice to have two different living room areas to spread out. Thanks so much and we hope to come back soon!

I did a three night stay in the Dosanko cottage with my husband for an elk mountain ski getaway and it was perfect. Very fresh modern accommodations, comfortable queen bed, WiFi,smart TVs, and great water pressure. We made good use of the kitchenette with full sized stove and coffee maker. Also, very covid safe accommodations...no need to interact with other guests like in a hotel or bed and breakfast. I would highly recommend this unit for a couples get away.
